According to the invention, the battery replacement network model is trained through the battery replacement data of the plurality of battery replacement stations near the charging station, the battery demand quantity of each battery replacement station on the same day is predicted according to the battery replacement network model, and the battery demand quantity of each battery replacement station on the same day is predicted by combining the electric quantity values of all batteries of each battery replacement station. According to the method and the device, the battery swap stations needing to distribute the batteries and the corresponding distribution priority coefficients are obtained, and meanwhile, the optimal distribution route is obtained according to the number of distribution vehicles in the charging station, so that accurate and efficient battery swap of each battery swap station can be realized, and the distribution cost is reduced.
