The invention discloses a battery swapping battery system, a battery swapping vehicle, an energy management architecture and a method, for a multi-branch battery, each branch in a high-voltage junction box is provided with a battery swapping connector, a high-voltage direct-current positive/negative contactor, a current sensor, an SBMU control panel and the like, each battery branch can be independently charged and discharged, the charging duration can be effectively shortened, and the charging efficiency is improved. And meanwhile, the consistency of the battery is improved, overcharge is avoided, and the safety of the vehicle is improved. Each branch battery is an independent system, electrical isolation is formed through the high-voltage direct-current positive/negative contactors, no path exists between the branch batteries, the circulating current phenomenon cannot be formed, and the overcharge risk can be effectively avoided. When one branch is abnormal in the driving process, the branch can be cut off from the system, and the remaining branches work normally, so that normal and safe operation of the vehicle is guaranteed. And energy management adopts a three-layer architecture, so that centralized control distributed execution of a vehicle end and decoupling distributed control of a station end system are realized.

    本发明公开一种换电电池系统、换电车辆、能量管理架构及方法,对于多支路电池,在高压接线盒中每个支路都设有一个换电连接器、高压直流正/负接触器、电流传感器、SBMU控制板等,实现每个电池支路可单独充放电,可有效缩短充电时长,同时有利于提高电池一致性,避免出现过充,提高车辆安全性。每一支路电池都是独立系统,通过高压直流正/负接触器形成电气隔离,支路电池间没有通路,不会形成环流现象,可有效避免过充风险。在行车过程某一支路发生异常,可从系统中切除,剩余支路正常工作,以保障车辆正常安全运行。能量管理采用三层架构,实现车端集中控制分布执行和站端系统解耦分布控制。
