The invention relates to a supporting frame and an unmanned aerial vehicle, the supporting frame is used for installing a visual assembly, the supporting frame comprises a cross beam, the cross beam is provided with a first connecting end and a second connecting end in the length direction, the cross beam is provided with a weight reduction structure in the height direction, and the cross beam is provided with a cross section perpendicular to the length direction in any position in the length direction; any cross section is axially symmetric along the width direction of the cross beam, and the length direction, the width direction and the height direction are mutually vertical in pairs; the first mounting part is connected with the first connecting end, and the first mounting part is used for mounting a visual component; the second mounting part is connected with the second connecting end, the second mounting part and the first mounting part are in axial symmetry relative to the height direction, and the second mounting part is used for mounting the visual assembly, so that the thermal deformation degree of the support frame can be reduced, and the disparity map quality of the visual assembly is improved; therefore, the distance measurement precision and the obstacle avoidance success rate of the unmanned aerial vehicle are improved.
