The system comprises a gas-to-liquid brake loop, the gas-to-liquid brake loop comprises a first gas storage element, a first relay valve, a brake master cylinder and a hydraulic brake for braking a driving wheel, the first gas storage element, the first relay valve and the brake master cylinder are sequentially connected through a gas circuit, and the first gas storage element is connected with a compressed gas source; the brake master cylinder is connected with the hydraulic brake, and the driving wheel is driven by the hub motor; the air pressure braking loop comprises a second air storage element, a second relay valve and an air pressure brake of a non-driving wheel which are sequentially connected through an air path; the electric control brake master valve is connected with a brake pedal for controlling the connection or disconnection of the pneumatic-to-hydraulic brake loop and the pneumatic brake loop, the brake pedal is electrically connected with the vehicle control unit, the vehicle control unit is electrically connected with the hub motor, and the brake pedal controls the hub motor to conduct electric braking through the vehicle control unit. Due to the fact that the hydraulic brake is small in size, the hydraulic brake can be conveniently placed in the driving wheel to brake the driving wheel driven by the hub motor.
