The composite robot charging device comprises an AGV trolley and a mechanical arm assembly arranged on the AGV trolley; the mechanical arm assembly comprises a mechanical arm, a visual system, a charging assembly and a clamping assembly; a shell is arranged on the mechanical arm; the visual system is arranged on the shell and is used for identifying and acquiring image data of the 220V socket; an accommodating space and an opening are formed in the shell, the charging assembly comprises a driving part and a plug which are located in the accommodating space, and the driving part drives the plug to extend out of the shell or retract into the shell; the clamping assembly is used for clamping or loosening the plug; the AGV trolley comprises a positioning navigation system and a driving control system; the positioning navigation system is used for planning and adjusting the movement route of the AGV or the mechanical arm; and the driving control system is used for driving the AGV trolley to move and controlling the driving mechanical arm to insert or pull the plug into or out of the 220V socket. No extra charging device needs to be purchased, and no extra space is occupied due to configuration of the charging device.
