The invention provides an integral lifting construction method for a multi-layer column-free steel corridor, which is characterized by comprising the following steps of: (1) assembling a multi-layer steel corridor structure layer by layer, and firmly connecting two adjacent layers through a profile steel short column; (2) a lifting support is installed, and a lower lifting point and a hydraulic lifter are lifted; (3) the steel corridor structure is integrally lifted upwards till a steel beam on the bottom layer of the steel corridor structure is as high as tower brackets on the two sides; after firm connection, the section steel short columns on the upper surfaces of the bottom layer steel beams are cut off; and (4) the whole steel corridor structure continues to be lifted upwards, and each layer of steel beam of the steel corridor structure is firmly connected with the tower brackets on the two sides in sequence from bottom to top till the steel beam on the topmost layer of the steel corridor structure is installed. The installation efficiency of the multi-layer column-free steel corridor can be improved, the multi-layer steel corridor structures which are not connected are connected into a whole through the section steel short columns, the whole structure is lifted upwards, unloading is conducted layer by layer from bottom to top, and unique novelty is achieved.

    本申请提供了一种多层无柱钢连廊的整体提升施工方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:(1)将多层的钢连廊结构逐层拼装,相邻两层间通过型钢短柱牢固连接;(2)安装提升支架、提升下吊点和液压提升器;(3)向上整体提升所述钢连廊结构,直至所述钢连廊结构底层钢梁与两侧塔楼牛腿等高;牢固连接后,割除底层钢梁上表面的所述型钢短柱;(4)继续向上整体提升钢连廊结构,依次从下至上将所述钢连廊结构的每一层钢梁与两侧塔楼牛腿牢固连接,直至钢连廊结构最顶层钢梁安装完毕。本发明可提高多层无柱钢连廊的安装效率,且将没有联系的多层钢连廊结构通过型钢短柱连接成一体,整体向上提升,自下向上逐层卸载,具有独特的新颖性。
