The invention relates to an air conditioning unit, a control method and a railway vehicle, and relates to the technical field of railway vehicle air conditioning systems.The air conditioning unit comprises a shell, an indoor cavity, a waste heat recovery cavity and an outdoor cavity, the indoor cavity, the waste heat recovery cavity and the outdoor cavity are formed in the shell, a fresh air inlet and a waste gas inlet are formed in the shell, and a total heat exchanger is arranged at the fresh air inlet; the fresh air inlet and the waste air inlet are both communicated with the total heat exchanger, the total heat exchanger is used for conducting total heat exchange on fresh air and waste exhaust air, an air valve assembly is further arranged in the shell, and the air valve assembly is used for controlling the fresh air and the waste exhaust air to enter the indoor cavity and be opened and closed and controlling the waste exhaust heat recovery cavity to be opened and closed. Through the arrangement of the total heat exchanger and the air valve assembly, when the heat exchange efficiency is high, recovery heat exchange of fresh air and exhaust gas is started, and when the heat exchange efficiency is low, heat exchange of fresh air and exhaust gas is stopped; therefore, the fresh air is pre-cooled or pre-heated while the cooling capacity or heat in the waste exhaust air is recovered, and the effect of improving the energy-saving rate is achieved.

    本申请涉及一种空调机组、控制方法及轨道车辆,其涉及轨道车辆空调系统技术的领域,该空调机组包括壳体、设置在所述壳体内的室内腔、废排热回收腔与室外腔,所述壳体上开设有新风入口与废气入口,所述新风入口处设有全热换热器,所述新风入口与所述废气入口均与所述全热换热器连通,所述全热换热器用于新风与废排风进行全热交换,所述壳体内还设有风阀组件,所述风阀组件用于控制新风与废排风进入所述室内腔与所述废排热回收腔的启闭。本申请利用全热换热器与风阀组件的设置,换热效率高时开启新风与排废气的回收换热,换热效率低时关闭新风与排废气的换热;从而实现回收废排风中冷量或热量同时实现对新风进行预冷或预热,达到提高节能率的效果。
