The invention discloses a high-integration-level high-reliability full-decoupling electro-hydraulic braking system which comprises a controller ECU (electronic control unit) connected with a voltage buildup module component and a voltage regulating module component which are integrated together. The voltage building module component and the voltage regulating module component are connected with a power-assisted motor used for providing power and a set of electromagnetic valves used for braking. According to the invention, a pressure building braking function and a pressure regulating braking function are integrated into one braking system, so that the mechanism is more compact, the arrangement space is saved, braking system faults caused by improper control of coordination work of double braking systems can be avoided, and the comfort and safety of braking are improved to a certain extent; the decoupling mode between the brake pedal and the brake master cylinder is full decoupling, the force of the pedal is provided by the brake simulator, the pedal is irrelevant to the movement of the piston of the brake master cylinder, and the problem that the pedal is pressed down to accidentally injure the instep of a driver due to the driving of a motor is avoided.
