The invention discloses a wheel cylinder pressure estimation method and a pressure estimation device of a hydraulic brake system. The wheel cylinder pressure estimation method comprises the steps that the pulse width modulation signal duty ratio of a high-speed switch valve is obtained; calculating the pressure difference between the two ends of the high-speed switch valve according to the main cylinder pressure and the estimated pressure in the previous period; calculating the outlet flow of the high-speed switch valve according to the duty ratio of the pulse width modulation signal and the pressure difference between the two ends of the high-speed switch valve; calculating the volume change value of the brake fluid according to the outlet flow of the high-speed switch valve; the current brake fluid volume is calculated according to the brake fluid volume change value and the brake fluid volume in the wheel cylinder in the last period, and the current wheel cylinder pressure estimation value is determined according to the relation curve of the brake fluid pressure and the brake fluid volume and the current brake fluid volume; wherein the relation curve of the brake fluid pressure and the brake fluid volume is updated through the data analysis platform according to a preset period, so that the estimated value of the wheel cylinder pressure is more accurate, and the safety performance of the motor vehicle is higher.

    本发明公开了一种液压制动系统的轮缸压力估算方法和压力估算装置。轮缸压力估算方法包括:获取高速开关阀的脉冲宽度调制信号占空比;根据主缸压力和上一周期估算压力计算出高速开关阀两端压力差;根据脉冲宽度调制信号占空比和高速开关阀两端压力差计算出高速开关阀出口流量;根据高速开关阀出口流量计算出制动液体积变化值;根据制动液体积变化值和上一周期轮缸中制动液体积计算出当前制动液体积,并根据制动液压力和制动液体积的关系曲线以及当前制动液体积确定当前轮缸压力估算值;其中,制动液压力和制动液体积的关系曲线通过数据分析平台按照预设周期更新,使轮缸压力的估算值更为精确,机动车的安全性能更高。
