The invention discloses a wheel cylinder hydraulic pressure estimation method of an electronic hydraulic braking system, a storage medium and a vehicle, the electronic hydraulic braking system comprises a main wheel cylinder, an oil storage pot and a plurality of branch wheel cylinders, a pressure increasing valve is connected between each branch wheel cylinder and the main wheel cylinder, and a pressure release valve is connected between each branch wheel cylinder and the oil storage pot; the method comprises the steps that the first flow of each pressure increasing valve and the second flow of each pressure releasing valve are determined; according to the first flow, the second flow and the initial hydraulic volume of the wheel cylinder, the total hydraulic volume is obtained; and according to the hydraulic total volume and a pre-constructed pressure-volume corresponding relation, the hydraulic pressure of the wheel cylinder is obtained. According to the method, the hydraulic pressure of the wheel cylinder can be accurately obtained.
