According to the self-adaptive cruise control method, no safety risk of the vehicle and the front vehicle can be guaranteed, the time distance between the vehicle and the front vehicle and the time distance between the vehicle and the rear vehicle can be adjusted in real time, the collision risk of the rear vehicle and the vehicle is avoided, and the safety of the vehicle in the self-adaptive cruise control process is guaranteed.
