And the actual execution dynamic quantity of each brake wheel in unit time is all smaller than or equal to the maximum allowable variable of the brake torque in unit time, so that the problems that the mechanical structure of a brake system is damaged and the service life is shortened due to too fast change of the brake torque are solved.
