The invention provides an elevator band-type brake fault monitoring and early warning method. The elevator band-type brake fault monitoring and early warning method comprises the steps that real-time data of the elevator speed, the elevator load and the elevator band-type brake working current are obtained; according to the real-time data, the elevator speed change trend, the elevator load change trend and the elevator band-type brake working current change trend are calculated; calculating an elevator speed and elevator load correlation change trend according to the elevator speed change trend and the elevator load change trend; and the elevator brake working current change trend is compared with the elevator speed and elevator load correlation change trend, and elevator brake faults are predicted according to the comparison result. According to the elevator band-type brake fault early warning system, the band-type brake fault can be judged and early warned through three kinds of monitoring data of the elevator speed, the elevator load and the elevator band-type brake working current. Fault judgment is based on the correlation change trend of the elevator speed and the elevator load, and fault misinformation caused by misdetection of single monitoring data can be reduced.

    本发明提供一种电梯抱闸故障监测预警方法,包括:获取电梯速度、电梯载荷和电梯抱闸工作电流的实时数据;根据所述实时数据,分别计算电梯速度变化趋势、电梯载荷变化趋势和电梯抱闸工作电流变化趋势;根据电梯速度变化趋势和电梯载荷变化趋势计算电梯速度及电梯载荷关联变化趋势;将电梯抱闸工作电流变化趋势与电梯速度及电梯载荷关联变化趋势进行对比,根据对比结果对电梯抱闸发生故障进行预测。本发明通过电梯速度、电梯载荷和电梯抱闸工作电流这三种监测数据,就可以对抱闸故障进行故障判断和预警。故障判断的依据是电梯速度及电梯载荷的关联变化趋势,可以减少单一监测数据出现误测后导致的故障误报。
