The elastic locking mechanism is arranged along the height of the elevator shaft, and the elastic locking mechanism is matched with the guide reinforcing mechanism in an unfolded state; the driving mechanism is installed on the elastic locking mechanism, the driving end of the driving mechanism is fixedly connected with the swing end of the elastic locking mechanism, and the driving mechanism is used for adjusting the rotating angle of the swing end of the elastic locking mechanism; when the elevator car breaks down during working, the position of the elevator car can be accurately judged, under the condition that the elevator car stalls, the descending elevator car can be suspended and supported through the arranged elastic locking mechanism and the driving mechanism, impact force generated in the movement process is eliminated, and therefore it is guaranteed that the elevator car is stably suspended in the sliding way, follow-up personnel can conveniently maintain the elevator car, and the service life of the elevator car is prolonged. And a guide reinforcing mechanism is arranged, so that stable lifting of the lift car is guaranteed while the structural strength of the lift car is improved.
