The invention discloses a helicopter engine replacement method. The method comprises the steps that S1, performance parameters and structural characteristics of a replaced engine are determined and analyzed; s2, a mounting interface between the reloading engine and the helicopter is determined and analyzed; s3, when the mounting interface between the reloading engine and the helicopter is not matched, analyzing the influence of the change of the mounting interface of the reloading engine and/or the helicopter on the helicopter; and S4, based on analysis results of S1 to S3, obtaining an overall technical scheme for replacing the helicopter engine, and carrying out replacement work of the helicopter engine according to the overall technical scheme. The matching performance and applicability between the reloading engine and the helicopter can be rapidly and comprehensively considered, normal and reliable work of the reloading engine after installation is guaranteed, meanwhile, the working efficiency is improved, and the technical risk is reduced.
