The invention discloses a safe intelligent industrial vehicle and an industrial vehicle safe operation control method.The vehicle comprises a vehicle body, a controller and a plurality of collision induction switches, the controller and the collision induction switches are arranged on the vehicle body, and the input end of the controller is electrically connected with the induction switches; the output end is electrically connected with a steering mechanism, a braking mechanism and a driving mechanism of the vehicle; in the manual driving mode, the steering wheel controls the steering mechanism, the brake piece controls the braking mechanism, and the accelerator piece controls the driving mechanism. In the automatic driving mode, the control functions of the steering wheel, the brake part and the accelerator part are invalid, and the controller sends control instructions to the steering mechanism, the brake mechanism and the driving mechanism; the controller is configured to control the vehicle to start and enter a manual driving mode; receiving a collision signal sensed by the collision sensing switch; responding to the collision signal, controlling the vehicle to be switched to an automatic driving mode, and at least generating a control instruction for one of a steering mechanism, a braking mechanism and a driving mechanism.
