The invention discloses a method and a device for improving the starting performance of an automotive solid oxide fuel cell system. The method comprises the steps that a vehicle starting instruction is received, the air inflow of a small reformer is increased to a first preset air inflow through a reformer electric control valve set, the power of an electric heating piece is increased to a first preset power, the flow of an electric control flow unit is increased to a first preset flow, and an air blower is controlled to be started; and receiving the composition and the concentration of the anode inlet gas detected by the gas composition analyzer and the temperature of the anode inlet gas detected by the first temperature sensor, determining the cathode inlet gas amount according to the composition, the concentration and the temperature, and increasing the inlet gas amount of the cathode electric control valve to the cathode inlet gas amount. According to the invention, the small reformer is heated through the electric heating sheet, so that temperature fluctuation is avoided, the starting speed of the system is increased, the system can be safely started, the energy consumption is low, the efficiency of the system is improved, and the starting performance of the vehicle solid oxide fuel cell system is further improved.

    本发明公开一种提高车用固体氧化物燃料电池系统启动性能的方法及装置。该方法接收车辆启动指令,通过重整器电控阀组增大小重整器的进气量至第一预设进气量、增大电加热片的功率至第一预设功率以及增大电控流量单元的流量至第一预设流量,控制鼓风机启动;接收气体成分分析仪检测到的阳极进气的成分和浓度以及第一温度传感器检测到的阳极进气的温度,根据成分、浓度以及温度确定阴极进气量,增大阴极电控阀的进气量至阴极进气量。本发明中通过电加热片对小重整器进行加热,不会产生温度波动,提高了系统的启动速度,使得系统可以安全启动,能耗较小,提高了系统的效率,进一步提高了车用固体氧化物燃料电池系统的启动性能。
