The invention discloses an emergency lane online opening decision-making method, system and device and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: calculating a road speed index, a road flow index and a road density index of T detection periods for a same-direction road where a detection point is located according to a fixed detection period duration, and constructing a road traffic state matrix; on the basis of self-learning of state parameters of the same-direction roads, congestion indexes of the same-direction roads are calculated in real time, a state tracing emergency lane opening decision method and a state tracing emergency lane closing decision method are established, and an emergency lane opening strategy adaptive to road traffic characteristics is obtained. Therefore, emergency lane opening control adaptive to road traffic flow changes is realized. According to the provided road state parameter self-learning process and the road congestion index reflecting the road traffic flow characteristics, the limitation of the existing static control means is avoided, and the adaptability of the emergency lane opening control strategy to the sudden increase of the road traffic flow is enhanced based on the emergency lane opening decision strategy of state tracing.

    本发明公开了一种应急车道在线开放决策方法、系统、设备及存储介质,以固定检测周期时长对检测点所在同向道路,计算T个检测周期的道路速度指数、道路流量指数、道路密度指数,并构建道路交通状态矩阵;基于同向道路状态参数自学习,实时计算同向道路拥堵指数,建立了状态追溯应急车道开放决策和状态追溯应急车道关闭决策方法,得到了自适应道路交通特征的应急车道开放策略,从而实现自适应道路交通流量变化的应急车道开放控制;所提出的道路状态参数自学习过程、以及反映道路交通流量特征的道路拥堵指数,避免了现有静态控制手段的局限,并且基于状态追溯的应急车道开放决策策略,增强了应急车道开放控制策略对道路交通流量激增的适应性。
