The invention discloses a TBM in-hole dismounting device which comprises a pair of first stand columns, a first cross beam is connected between the first stand columns, a first through hole is formed in the first cross beam, a first winch is further arranged at the top of the first cross beam, and a rope on the first winch penetrates through the first through hole and then is connected with a first hoist; the pair of second stand columns and the pair of first stand columns are oppositely arranged, the tops of the second stand columns are lower than the tops of the first stand columns, horizontal first longitudinal beams are arranged on the tops of the pair of second stand columns, the first longitudinal beams are connected with the first stand columns, and a second cross beam is arranged between the tops of the two first longitudinal beams; a second through hole is formed in the second cross beam, a second winch is further arranged on the top of the second cross beam, and a rope on the second winch penetrates through the second through hole and then is connected with a second hoist. According to the TBM part overturning and leveling device, overturning and leveling of TBM parts can be independently completed, the use cost of a leasing folding-arm crane is saved, and meanwhile the difficulty of disassembly construction is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种TBM洞内拆卸装置,包括:一对第一立柱,其间连接有第一横梁,所述第一横梁上设置有第一通孔,所述第一横梁顶部还设置有第一绞车,所述第一绞车上的绳索从所述第一通孔穿过后连接第一葫芦;一对第二立柱,一对第二立柱与一对第一立柱相对设置,所述第二立柱顶部低于第一立柱顶部,一对第二立柱顶部均设置有水平的第一纵梁,所述第一纵梁与所述第一立柱连接,两第一纵梁顶部间设置有第二横梁,所述第二横梁上设置有第二通孔,所述第二横梁顶部还设置有第二绞车,所述第二绞车上的绳索从所述第二通孔穿过后连接第二葫芦。本发明能单独完成TBM零部件的翻转放平,节约了租赁折臂吊的使用费用,同时降低了拆卸施工的难度。
