The invention discloses a TBM (tunnel boring machine) in-tunnel dismounting method for inclined shaft construction, which belongs to the technical field of building construction and comprises the following steps of: constructing a dismounting cavern, and tunneling TBM equipment along an inclined shaft to be communicated with the dismounting cavern; a dragging winch used for dragging TBM equipment, a portal crane and a folding arm crane are arranged in the disassembly cavern, the portal crane is a main disassembly lifting appliance, and the folding arm crane is an auxiliary lifting appliance; an assembly cavern is built, and the assembly cavern is an inclined shaft excavation starting cavern; in the machine disassembling hole, disassembling is conducted according to the sequence of a cutter head, a top shield, a bottom shield, a main drive, an inner key, an outer key, an ABS, a spraying and mixing bridge and a trailer; the main machine part is transferred firstly, the main machine part comprises a cutterhead, a top shield, a bottom shield, a main drive, an inner key and an outer key, and after the main machine part is assembled in the assembling cavern, an ABS, a spraying and mixing bridge and a trailer are transported and assembled while stepping is conducted. The device can be disassembled and rotated quickly, and the construction efficiency is improved.
