The invention discloses a high-voltage power distribution control circuit which comprises a CAN communication circuit and a relay control circuit. The CAN communication circuit comprises a communication chip U302, resistors R109, R110, R92 and R93, capacitors C5, C7 and C44 and an inductor L301, the resistors R109 and R110 are connected to the input end of the communication chip U302 through the inductor L301, and the resistors R92 and R93 and the capacitors C5, C7 and C44 are connected in parallel and then connected to the output end of the communication chip U302. According to the invention, the all-in-one controller is controlled to carry out corresponding rear-end load high-voltage power distribution of the all-in-one controller such as MCU, fast charging, air conditioning, electric heating, electric defrosting, DCAC, DCDC and the like according to field requirements in a mode that the CAN communication circuit, the relay control circuit, the voltage sampling circuit and the IO input detection circuit are matched with software control; and intelligent application of the all-in-one controller is realized.
