The invention discloses a high-voltage power-on circuit of an electric automobile. The high-voltage power-on circuit comprises a battery group, a load, and a first switch element and, a second switch element, a third switch element, a precharging resistor, a diode, a precharging capacitor, a first voltage detecting circuit, a second voltage detecting circuit, and a third voltage detecting circuit which are connected between the battery group and the load, wherein the first switch element, the precharging capacitor and the third switch element are sequentially connected in series between the total positive-pole end of the battery group and the total negative-pole end of the battery group; the precharging resistor, the diode and the second switch element form a series-connection branch circuit; the series-connection branch circuit is connected in parallel across two ends of the first switch element; the second switch element is connected to the connecting point of the first switch element and the precharging capacitor; the load is arranged across two ends of the precharging capacitor. The invention further discloses a control method of the high-voltage power-on circuit of the electric automobile. The high-voltage power-on circuit disclosed by the invention can perform high-voltage power-on operation safely and reliably; faulty devices can be recognized when faults are generated, and specific fault information is provided for users, so that the faulty devices can be convenient to maintain or replace.
