The invention discloses a high-flexibility liquid-cooling high-power charging cable, a cooling pipe and a preparation method, and relates to the technical field of charging cables for electric vehicles. The high-flexibility liquid-cooling high-power charging cable sequentially comprises a finished cable, a wrapping layer, a copper wire braid layer and a sheath layer from inside to outside, the finished cable comprises a cable core and a cooling pipe arranged close to the cable core; the cooling pipe sequentially comprises a liquid flow channel and a composite heat conduction layer from inside to outside. The composite heat-conducting layer is obtained by sequentially compounding an inner heat-conducting layer, a fiber woven layer and an outer heat-conducting layer from inside to outside, the fiber woven layer is obtained by weaving fibers outside the inner heat-conducting layer and coating the fiber woven layer with a silane coupling agent, and then the outer heat-conducting layer is extruded outside the fiber woven layer to prepare the composite heat-conducting layer. The inner heat conduction layer, the fiber woven layer and the outer heat conduction layer are tightly attached together; the inner heat conduction layer and the outer heat conduction layer are both made of silicon rubber added with boron nitride nanosheets.

    本发明公开了一种高柔性液冷大功率充电电缆、冷却管及制备方法,涉及电动汽车用充电电缆技术领域;本发明的高柔性液冷大功率充电电缆,由内及外依次包括成缆、绕包层、铜丝编织层、护套层;所述成缆包括缆芯以及紧靠缆芯设置的冷却管;所述冷却管由内及外依次包括液体流道、复合导热层;所述复合导热层由内及外依次由内导热层、纤维编织层和外导热层复合得到,先在内导热层外部采用纤维编织并涂覆硅烷偶联剂得到纤维编织层,再在纤维编织层外部挤出外导热层,制备得到复合导热层,将内导热层、纤维编织层和外导热层紧密贴合再一起;所述内导热层和外导热层均采用添加有氮化硼纳米片的硅橡胶。
