    本发明公开了一种新能源汽车用轻型液冷大功率充电电缆及制备方法,包括由内到外依次设置的缆芯、绕包带和护套,缆芯内部设置回流管,缆芯包括液体流道及分布于回流管外部的信号线芯、动力线芯、地线芯、控制线芯组和控制缆芯组,缆芯与绕包带的间隙内设置液体流道,回流管和液体流道内填充用于在二者内部流通的冷却液体,冷却液体从液体流道进入并完全浸没回流管,再从回流管流出。本发明提供的新能源汽车用轻型液冷大功率充电电缆及制备方法,液体流道位于缆芯和绕包带的间隙,能够快速输送热量,绕包带采用铝塑复合带,可均匀液体温度,有效提升充电电缆的载流量,适合工业化推广使用。
