The invention provides a climbing-free steel wire rope detection device, and relates to the technical field of steel wire rope detection, the climbing-free steel wire rope detection device comprises a first-stage detection assembly, a second-stage detection assembly and a steel wire rope inspection assembly, the first-stage detection assembly is an alternating current electromagnetic detection device, the second-stage detection assembly is a magnetic flux leakage nondestructive detection device, and the second-stage detection assembly is connected to a climbing ladder in an up-down sliding manner; the steel wire rope inspection assembly is an infrared recording device and is installed on the climbing-free device. According to the device, the first-stage detection assembly and the second-stage detection assembly are arranged to detect the steel wire rope respectively, potential safety hazards caused by damage or misjudgment of one of the detection assemblies are avoided, the second-stage detection assembly can output a magnetic flux leakage image of damage of the steel wire rope and calibrate a specific damage position, and the detection accuracy is improved. Manual detection is replaced with machine detection, and the problems that manual detection is large in potential safety hazard, large in detection error, insufficient in damage degree judgment and difficult to find out the damage position are solved.

    本发明提供了一种免爬器钢丝绳检测装置,涉及钢丝绳检测技术领域,包括一级检测组件、二级检测组件和钢丝绳巡检组件,一级检测组件为交流电磁类检测装置,二级检测组件为漏磁无损类检测装置,二级检测组件上下滑动连接爬梯上,钢丝绳巡检组件为红外记录装置,安装在免爬器上。本发明设置两个检测组件一级检测组件和二级检测组件,分别对钢丝绳进行检测,避免了其中一个检测组件损坏或误判带来的安全隐患,其中二级检测组件可输出钢丝绳损伤的漏磁图像,并标定出具体损伤位置,采用机器检测代替人工检测,避免了人工检测安全隐患较大、检测误差较大、损伤程度判断不足和损伤位置难以找到的问题。
