The flow matching control method comprises the steps that the opening degrees of at least two handles are obtained; and when one of the at least two handles acts independently, the main valve corresponding to the handle acting independently is controlled to be in a full-open state, and the rotating speed of the motor is controlled based on the opening degree of the handle acting independently. The flow provided by the hydraulic pump is the flow required by the flow matching hydraulic system, although the main oil way still passes through the pressure compensator, the main valve is always in a full-open state, the output flow of the hydraulic pump is smaller than the theoretical passing flow of the main valve, and the flow matching hydraulic system is in a flow saturation state; at the moment, the pressure compensator basically does not have the pressure reduction function, the pressure difference loss of the main valve is small, a large amount of throttling loss is reduced compared with a traditional LS system, and the energy utilization rate is increased.

    本发明涉及工程机械技术领域,公开了工程机械以及流量匹配控制方法、装置、系统。流量匹配控制方法包括:获取至少两个手柄的开度;至少两个手柄中的一个单独动作时,控制单独动作的手柄所对应的主阀处于全开状态,并基于单独动作的手柄的开度控制电机的转速。液压泵提供的流量即为流量匹配液压系统所需的流量,虽然主油路仍然经过压力补偿器,但由于主阀一直处于全开状态,液压泵的输出流量小于主阀的理论通过流量,流量匹配液压系统处于流量饱和状态,此时压力补偿器基本不起减压作用,主阀的压差损失小,相较于传统LS系统减小了大量的节流损失,提高了能量利用率。
