The actual opening degree of the main valve corresponding to the handle and the actual output rotating speed of the motor are controlled according to the operation of a user on the handle, so that the actual opening degree of the main valve is matched with the actual output rotating speed of the motor, and then supply and demand matching of flow is achieved. According to the control method, traditional closed-loop control using long pipeline feedback pressure is replaced with flow feed-forward, lag response between pump valves is basically eliminated, energy loss of a traditional load-sensitive system is reduced, dynamic response of the system is improved, and the hydraulic system is high in efficiency and good in energy-saving effect.

    本发明涉及工程机械技术领域,具体涉及一种工程机械以及流量匹配控制方法、装置、系统。流量匹配控制方法包括以下步骤:步骤S10:获取手柄的开度;步骤S20:基于手柄的开度控制手柄所对应的主阀的实际开度和电机的实际输出转速。本发明根据用户对手柄的操作控制该手柄所对应的主阀的实际开度和电机的实际输出转速,使得主阀的实际开度与电机的实际输出转速相匹配,进而实现流量的供需匹配,与传统的负载敏感系统相比,该控制方法以流量前馈替代了传统的利用长管道反馈压力的闭环控制,基本消除了泵阀之间的滞后响应,降低传统负载敏感系统的能量损耗,提高系统动态响应,使得液压系统效率高、节能效果好。
