The invention discloses a large portal elevator for integral lifting, which comprises a portal elevator main body, the portal elevator main body comprises a main truss girder assembly and two portal vertical support modules, and each portal vertical support module comprises a sliding adjustable hinged support assembly, a tower crane standard knot and a foundation assembly. The foundation assembly is sequentially provided with a plurality of tower crane standard knots from bottom to top, the sliding adjustable hinged support assemblies are installed on the tower crane standard knot on the topmost portion, and the two ends of the main truss beam assembly are connected with the two sliding adjustable hinged support assemblies respectively. The sliding adjustable hinged support assembly replaces welding type rigid connection, and the sliding adjustable hinged support assembly can be adjusted and positioned in a stepless sliding mode within the range of +/-240mm in the axial direction of a span beam and is used for overcoming standard permissible perpendicularity deviation in the direction after a standard knot combination section is installed. The whole machine can be repeatedly used, and the cost can be greatly reduced by repeatedly transferring and using the whole machine.

    本发明公开了一种用于整体提升的大型门式提升机,包括:门式提升机主体,该门式提升机主体包括主桁架梁总成、两个门式竖直支撑模块,门式竖直支撑模块包括滑动可调铰接支座总成、塔式起重机标准节、基础总成,基础总成由下至上依次设置有多个塔式起重机标准节,而滑动可调铰接支座总成则安装在最顶部的塔式起重机标准节上,主桁架梁总成的两端则分别与两个滑动可调铰接支座总成连接。其中,滑动可调铰接支座总成代替焊接式刚性连接,该滑动可调铰接支座总成可在跨梁轴向的±240mm范围内无级滑动调节并定位,用以克服标准节组合段安装后存在的该方向内的规范允许垂直度偏差。本发明可实现整机重复使用,整机重复转移使用可大幅降低成本。
