The invention discloses an elevator lifting assembly, and the elevator comprises an elevator buffer device which is provided with an elastic compression recoverable part, is located on the bottom surface of a shaft bottom pit, and falls out of the vertical projection of an elevator car; the elevator lifting assembly comprises a beating plate, the beating plate comprises a supporting end and a contact end, the supporting end is supported on an elastic compression recoverable piece of an elevator buffering device, and the contact end extends into the vertical projection of an elevator car by a certain distance. During operation of the elevator, when the bottom face of the elevator car is close to the bottom face of the bottom pit, the contact end makes contact with and bears the gravity and inertial impact of the elevator car, and through the supporting end supported on the elastic compression recoverable piece on the elevator buffering device, the elastic compression recoverable piece gives reverse acting force to the elevator car to buffer the speed of the elevator car. When the first elastic compression recoverable piece on the elevator buffering device is pressed to the preset maximum compression value, the elevator car stops stably, the upper surface of the bottom of the elevator car is basically flush with the landing ground of the bottom layer, and the lower surface of the bottom of the elevator car is close to the bottom face of the bottom pit and reaches the preset minimum value.
