The invention discloses a power battery thermal runaway early warning method and system for a new energy automobile. The method comprises the steps that the current driving scene feature and the current power battery feature of the automobile are obtained within a preset time period; identifying the current driving scene features according to a preset clustering algorithm to obtain a current driving scene of the vehicle; determining a thermal runaway early warning threshold value associated with the current driving scene according to a preset classification model, and generating a fire state signal according to the current power battery characteristics and the thermal runaway early warning threshold value; comparing the fire state signal with a corresponding fire state standard criterion of the current power battery under the current cycle life, and determining whether the power battery has a fire or not according to a comparison result; and if the power battery has a fire, sending a fire alarm signal to an operation and maintenance platform. The accuracy of thermal runaway judgment is improved, and the potential safety hazard of the vehicle is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种用于新能源汽车的动力电池热失控预警方法及系统,方法包括:在预设的时间周期内获取车辆的当前驾驶场景特征和当前动力电池特征;根据预设的聚类算法对当前驾驶场景特征进行识别,得到车辆的当前驾驶场景;根据预设的分类模型确定与当前驾驶场景相关联的热失控预警阈值,并根据当前动力电池特征和热失控预警阈值生成火灾状态信号;将火灾状态信号与当前动力电池在当前循环寿命下对应的火灾状态标准判据进行比较,根据比较结果确定动力电池是否发生火灾;若动力电池发生火灾,则向运维平台发送火灾报警信号。提高了热失控判断的准确性,降低了车辆的安全隐患。
