The invention relates to the technical field of robots, and particularly discloses an underwater pipeline robot walking mechanism which comprises a front-section walking assembly, a middle-section walking assembly and a rear-section walking assembly. A plurality of supporting devices are arranged on the front-section walking assembly, the middle-section walking assembly and the rear-section walking assembly; a first linear driving mechanism is arranged between the front-section walking assembly and the middle-section walking assembly, and the first linear driving mechanism is used for driving the front-section walking assembly to move in the axial direction of the middle-section walking assembly; a second linear driving mechanism is arranged between the middle-section walking assembly and the rear-section walking assembly, and the second linear driving mechanism is used for driving the rear-section walking assembly to move in the axial direction of the middle-section walking assembly; the underwater pipeline robot walking mechanism can be suitable for various working conditions, has more adjustable postures, can be controlled and adjusted in a targeted mode according to the working environment, can achieve obstacle crossing more easily, and can work under the conditions with water, sludge and the like.
