A vehicle-mounted anti-reverse-connection protection circuit relates to the technical field of vehicle-mounted circuits, and adopts a body diode controller, a first NMOS tube and a second NMOS tube to form an anti-reverse-connection circuit structure, and adopts a first wake-up triode, a second wake-up triode and a divider resistor to form a switching circuit structure to control enabling of the body diode controller. A wake-up signal terminal in the switching circuit structure is connected to an ignition signal output terminal of the vehicle. According to the circuit provided by the invention, complete turn-off of a post-stage circuit can be realized in a vehicle flameout state.
