The invention relates to the technical field of power electronics, in particular to a vehicle end anti-reverse-connection protection method of a charging pile and an application device of the vehicle end anti-reverse-connection protection method. According to the method, whether a charging pile is connected to a battery pack of the electric vehicle or not is judged, and if the charging pile is connected to the battery pack of the electric vehicle, the voltage of the battery pack is detected by multiplexing a voltage detection function of a battery control chip in a CCU; afterwards, according to the voltage of the battery pack, whether the charging pile meets the output condition or not is judged, and if the charging pile does not meet the output condition, charging of the battery pack is forbidden. According to the vehicle-end anti-reverse-connection protection method for the charging pile, the original hardware equipment in the charging pile, namely the battery control chip in the CCU, can be used for judging whether the battery pack of the electric vehicle meets the output condition or not, and charging of the battery pack of the electric vehicle is forbidden when the battery pack does not meet the output condition, so that the charging efficiency of the electric vehicle is improved. Therefore, the vehicle end anti-reverse-connection protection method of the charging pile provided by the invention solves the problem of relatively high hardware cost of an anti-reverse-connection protection circuit in the prior art.

    本申请涉及电力电子技术领域,特别是涉及一种充电桩的车端防反接保护方法及其应用装置。本方法先判断充电桩是否接入电动汽车的电池包,若充电桩接入电动汽车的电池包,则再通过复用CCU中电池控制芯片的电压检测功能,检测电池包的电压;之后,根据电池包的电压,判断充电桩是否满足输出条件,若充电桩不满足输出条件,则禁止为电池包进行充电。由于该充电桩的车端防反接保护方法利用充电桩中原有的硬件设备,即CCU中的电池控制芯片,就可以判断出电动汽车的电池包是否满足输出条件,并在电池包不满足输出条件时禁止为电动汽车的电池包进行充电,因此本申请提供的充电桩的车端防反接保护方法解决了现有技术中的防反接保护电路自身硬件成本较高的问题。
