The invention discloses a rail bottom scanning rotating arm of a welding seam scanner. The rail bottom scanning rotating arm comprises a bottom plate and a rotating arm body connected with the bottom plate through a rotating shaft. A sliding groove is formed in the rotating arm body in the axial direction of the rotating arm body, and a moving pin capable of moving along the sliding groove is embedded in the sliding groove. A driving groove is formed in the bottom plate, and the moving pin extends into the driving groove; the probe mounting seat is used for mounting a rail bottom scanning probe, the probe mounting seat is connected with the rotating arm body through a swinging shaft, so that the probe mounting seat can swing up and down, and the swinging direction of the probe is perpendicular to the rotating direction of the rotating arm body around the rotating shaft; the moving pin is connected with the probe mounting seat through a swing rod; when the rotating arm body rotates, the moving pin moves up and down along the sliding groove under the action of the driving groove so as to drive the probe mounting seat to swing. When the support arm rotates from the vertical position to the horizontal position, the moving pin is driven to move through the driving groove, and then the probe mounting seat is driven to turn over outwards through the moving pin to avoid the rail head.

    本发明公开了一种焊缝扫查器轨底扫查转臂,包括底板以及利用转轴与底板连接的转臂本体;所述转臂本体上设置有沿其轴向开设的滑槽,所述滑槽内嵌有可沿滑槽运动的运动销;所述底板上开有驱动槽,所述运动销延伸进驱动槽内;还包括用于安装轨底扫查探头的探头安装座,所述探头安装座利用摆动轴与转臂本体连接,使得探头安装座可上下摆动,并且探头摆动方向与转臂本体绕转轴转动的方向垂直;所述运动销利用摆动杆与探头安装座连接;当转臂本体转动时,运动销在驱动槽的作用下沿滑槽上下运动,从而带动探头安装座摆动。当支臂从竖直位置向水平位置转动时,通过驱动槽驱动运动销运动,再通过运动销带动探头安装座向外侧翻转避开轨头。
