The invention discloses a rail bottom welding seam detection wheel which comprises a detection wheel film, a detection wheel shaft, a probe assembly, a first flange pressing ring assembly, a second flange pressing ring assembly and an air nozzle. The first end of the detection wheel shaft is connected with the first flange pressing ring assembly, the middle of the detection wheel shaft is connected with the second flange pressing ring assembly, and the second end of the detection wheel shaft is a support connecting end; the inner ring edge of the wheel detecting film is connected with the first flange pressing ring assembly and the second flange pressing ring assembly to form a sealed space, the probe assembly is connected between the first end and the middle of the wheel detecting shaft and located in the wheel detecting film, and the air nozzle is connected with the second flange pressing ring assembly and connected and disconnected with the sealed space. The invention further discloses the flaw detection car using the rail bottom welding seam detection wheel. The device has the beneficial effects that flaw detection can be carried out on the upper surface of the rail bottom along with a flaw detection car, mechanical flaw detection is realized, the all-directional flaw identification condition of the whole steel rail is perfected, and the detection efficiency and the identification rate are improved.

    本发明公开轨底焊缝探轮,包括探轮膜、探轮轴、探头组件、第一法兰压环组件、第二法兰压环组件、气嘴,探轮轴的第一端与第一法兰压环组件连接,探轮轴的中部与第二法兰压环组件连接,探轮轴的第二端为支架连接端,探轮膜的内圈边沿连接第一法兰压环组件和第二法兰压环组件以形成密封空间,探头组件连接在探轮轴第一端与中部之间并位于探轮膜内,气嘴连接所述第二法兰压环组件并与密封空间实现通断。本发明还包括使用轨底焊缝探轮的探伤车。本发明的有益效果:能够跟随探伤车对轨底上表面进行探伤,实现机械化探伤,完善了整个钢轨全方位的识别伤损情况,提高检测效率,以及识别率。
