The invention discloses a multi-magnification rapid switching lifting device which comprises a driving mechanism, an air inlet rotating mechanism, a lifting mechanism and a bolt and nut connecting piece, and an upper flange of the driving mechanism and a lower rotating structure of the air inlet rotating mechanism are connected and fixed through bolts so as to achieve working rotation of the driving mechanism. A flange structure on the upper portion of the air inlet swivel joint is fixedly connected with the lifting mechanism through bolts, the lifting mechanism is mainly formed by welding a bearing flange, a bearing ring, a bearing vertical plate and reinforcing ribs and then connected with a back wheel through a lubricating pin shaft, and rope limiting holes in the two sides of the vertical plate are connected with a rolling ring through fixing studs to prevent a steel wire rope from shifting. A connecting hole in the upper portion of the vertical plate is connected with the elevator through a lubricating pin shaft. By means of the lifting device, general depth single-multiplying-power lifting, large-depth double-multiplying-power lifting and super-depth three-multiplying-power lifting can be achieved, the problems of insufficient lifting force and switching difficulty caused by switching of multiple construction methods are solved, and therefore rapid switching among multiple multiplying power and efficient operation are achieved.

    本发明公开了一种多倍率快速切换提升装置,包括驱动机构、进气回转机构、提升机构以及螺栓螺母联接件,驱动机构上部法兰与进气回转机构下部分回转结构通过螺栓联接固定以实现驱动机构工作回转,进气回转接头上部法兰结构与提升机构通过螺栓连接固定,提升机构主要由承重法兰、承重环、承重立板、加强筋焊接而成,再与背轮通过润滑销轴联接,立板两侧限绳孔与滚环通过固定螺柱联接实现防止钢丝绳窜位,立板上部联接孔与提引器通过润滑销轴联接。本发明通过提升装置可实现一般深度单倍率提升,大深度双倍率提升,超深度三倍率提升,解决切换多种工法导致提升力不足和切换困难的问题,从而实现多倍率之间快速切换并实现高效作业。
