The invention discloses a collecting and releasing device of an aquaculture underwater robot and a using method of the collecting and releasing device in the field of aquaculture equipment, the collecting and releasing device comprises a collecting and releasing cage, the collecting and releasing cage is of a hollow hemispherical structure, a flexible bearing film adheres to the upper portion of the side wall of the collecting and releasing cage, and the space between the flexible bearing film and the inner wall of the collecting and releasing cage is filled with a plurality of supporting air bags; a plurality of air guiding grooves are symmetrically formed in the collecting and releasing cage with the circle center of the collecting and releasing cage as the center, air guiding air bags are arranged in the air guiding grooves, one ends of the air guiding air bags communicate with the supporting air bags, the other ends of the air guiding air bags communicate with first binding air bags, and valves are arranged at the communicating positions of the air guiding air bags and the first binding air bags. First magnetic blocks are fixedly connected to the first binding air bags in the circle center direction of the folding and unfolding cage, first buffering air bags are bonded to the bottoms of the first magnetic blocks, and magnetic poles of the first magnetic blocks are oppositely arranged with the circle center of the folding and unfolding cage as the center.     本发明公开了水产养殖设备领域的一种水产养殖水下机器人的收放装置及其使用方法,收放装置包括收放笼,收放笼呈中空半球结构,收放笼侧壁上方粘接有柔性承载膜,柔性承载膜与收放笼内壁之间填充有若干支撑气囊,收放笼内部以收放笼圆心为中心对称设有若干导气槽,导气槽内布置有导气气囊,导气气囊一端与支撑气囊连通,导气气囊另一端连通有第一束缚气囊,导气气囊和第一束缚气囊的连通处设有阀门,第一束缚气囊朝向收放笼圆心方向固定连接有第一磁块,第一磁块底部粘接有第一缓冲气囊,第一磁块的磁极以收放笼圆心为中心相向布置。本方案采用开放式回收方式结合水下机器人的状态,对水下机器人进行主动回收和被动回收。
