The invention relates to a lifting system of a fan tower drum. Comprising a ladder stand device installed on the inner wall of a tower drum, the rear side face of the ladder stand device and the inner wall of the tower drum are in clearance fit, and an installation space is reserved; a guide rack is mounted on the ladder stand device, and the guide rack is positioned in a mounting space between the ladder stand device and the inner wall of the tower drum; the back of the lifting body device is provided with a ladder containing channel used for penetrating through the ladder stand device and the guide rack; a lifting driving device is mounted on the lifting body device, and the lifting driving device is meshed with the guide rack and used for driving the lifting body device to move up and down along the ladder stand device; the guide wheel device is arranged on the lifting body device; the guide wheel device is matched with the crawling ladder device in a clamping manner and is in rolling contact with three side surfaces of the crawling ladder device; and the bearing detection device is arranged on the lifting body device and is used for detecting the load of the lifting body device. The device is compact and reasonable in structural design, small in occupied space, stable in operation and high in safety.

    本发明涉及一种风机塔筒的升降系统。包括在塔筒内壁安装的爬梯装置,在爬梯装置的后侧面和塔筒内壁之间间隙配合并留有安装空间;在爬梯装置上安装有导向齿条,导向齿条位于爬梯装置和塔筒内壁之间的安装空间内;还包括升降本体装置,在其背部设置有用于穿设爬梯装置和导向齿条的容梯通道;在升降本体装置上安装有升降驱动装置,升降驱动装置与导向齿条相啮合用于带动升降本体装置沿爬梯装置升降移动;还包括在升降本体装置上安装的导向轮装置,导向轮装置与爬梯装置夹抱配合并与爬梯装置的三个侧面滚动接触;还包括在升降本体装置上安装的承重检测装置,用于检测升降本体装置的载荷。本发明结构设计紧凑合理、占用空间小、运行稳定且安全性强。
