The invention discloses a hydraulic lifting device for carrying a wind power tower drum and a lifting method thereof. The hydraulic lifting device and the lifting method thereof solve the problem of how to quickly and economically lift and load the wind power tower drum placed on a secondary stacking site. The method for horizontally lifting the wind power tower drum (1) is used for replacing a traditional hoisting method, the problem that a crane cannot enter a site when the site is limited is solved, and the cost for leasing hoisting equipment is saved; and four hollow self-locking jacks are all connected with a hydraulic station (22), synchronous jacking of the four hollow self-locking jacks is implemented through the hydraulic station, so that synchronous lifting of a front box-shaped beam and a rear box-shaped beam is achieved, due to the fact that the wind power tower drum (1) is cylindrical, and how to prevent the wind power tower drum from rolling in the lifting process, a U-shaped anti-falling limiting clamp is creatively adopted, the box-shaped beam and a flange plate on the wind power tower drum (1) are fixed together, so that the wind power tower drum (1) is effectively prevented from rolling; and the whole device is simple in structure, easy to implement and low in cost.

    本发明公开了一种风电塔筒搬运用液压提升装置及提升方法,解决了如何快捷经济地将在二次堆放场地上放置的风电塔筒提升装车的问题。本发明用对风电塔筒(1)进行水平抬升的方法,来替代传统的吊装方法,即克服了场地受限时吊车无法进入现场的难题,又节省了租赁吊装设备的费用;四个空心自锁千斤顶均与液压站(22)连接在一起,通过液压站实施对四个空心自锁千斤顶的同步顶起,从而实现前后两箱形梁的同步提升,由于风电塔筒(1)为圆柱体形,如何在提升的过程中防止其发生滚动,本发明创造性地采用U形防脱限位卡,将箱形梁与风电塔筒(1)上的法兰盘固定在一起,有效防止了风电塔筒(1)的滚动;整个装置结构简单,实施容易,成本低廉。
