The invention discloses a three-degree-of-freedom angular-displacement-free damping device which comprises a damping unit (01), a universal joint mechanism (02), an aircraft mounting base (1), a translation rod (2), a transverse rolling support (3) and a photoelectric mounting support (4). The damping unit (01) is arranged between the aircraft mounting base (1) and the photoelectric mounting support (4). An upper ball bearing of the universal joint mechanism (02) is fixedly connected with the photoelectric mounting bracket (4), and a lower ball bearing of the universal joint mechanism (02) is fixedly connected with the rolling bracket (3); the number of the transverse rolling supports (3) is two, the transverse rolling supports (3) are arranged in parallel, the two ends of each transverse rolling support (3) are installed on the aircraft installation base (1) through deep groove ball bearings I (5) respectively, and a freedom degree is formed between the aircraft installation base (1) and the transverse rolling supports (3). And the two ends of the transverse rolling bracket (3) are respectively connected with a translation rod (2) through a deep groove ball bearing II (6). The system stability is improved, the system stability precision is improved, and the image quality of a photoelectric system is ensured.

    本发明公开了一种三自由度无角位移减振装置,包括:减振单元(01)、万向节机构(02)、飞机安装基座(1)、平动杆(2)、横滚支架(3)、光电安装支架(4),减振单元(01)布置在飞机安装基座(1)和光电安装支架(4)之间;万向节机构(02)的上部滚珠轴承与光电安装支架(4)固连,下部滚珠轴承与横滚支架(3)固连;横滚支架(3)有两根,平行布置,每根横滚支架(3)的两端分别通过深沟球轴承I(5)安装在飞机安装基座(1)上,飞机安装基座(1)与横滚支架(3)之间形成一个自由度;横滚支架(3)的两端分别通过深沟球轴承II(6)连接一根平动杆(2)。本发明提高了系统稳定性能,提高系统稳定精度,保证光电系统图像质量。
