The invention relates to a modular frame and a vehicle. The modular frame comprises a battery bearing frame, a front beam frame set, a rear beam frame set and two front integrated supports, the battery bearing frame comprises a first part connected in the first direction and second parts located on the two opposite sides of the first part in the first direction, and the front beam frame set and the rear beam frame set are connected to the two opposite ends of the first part in the second direction respectively. The two front integrated supports are connected to the two sides, in the first direction, of the front beam frame set respectively, correspond to the second parts in a one-to-one mode and are located on the sides, in the second direction, of the corresponding second parts. Each front integrated support comprises an extending part protruding out of the bottom side of the front beam frame set in the third direction, and an installation part used for being connected with the front cross beam is arranged on each extending part so that the front cross beam can be installed between the extending parts of the two front integrated supports. The first direction, the second direction and the third direction intersect pairwise. According to the modularized frame, the torque resistance of the vehicle frame can be improved, and the overall strength of the frame is improved.
