    本发明涉及轨道交通领域,提供一种轨道交通灾备应急控制方法、装置和系统,其中方法包括:获取当前列车的环境信息,既有车载信号设备的故障信息以及灾害报警信息;基于所述环境信息、所述故障信息和所述灾害报警信息,确定所述当前列车的列车状态;若控制中心向所述既有车载信号设备下达指令异常,或所述既有车载信号设备发生故障,则基于所述列车状态控制所述当前列车执行应急操作。本发明提供的轨道交通灾备应急控制方法、装置和系统,能够避免因既有信号系统出现单点故障,导致运营列车和乘客无法疏散至安全区域的情况,从而降低乘客的生命财产损失,提升列车运营的可靠性。
