The method has the main beneficial effects that the battery replacement station does not need to be adjusted, the operation is simple and convenient, the automation degree is high, the whole-course automatic operation is realized, and the working efficiency is greatly improved.
本发明揭示了一种重卡电池包换电方法,包括如下步骤:S1、获取重卡在车道上的位置信息;S2、车架在换电站内移动至与重卡平齐的位置后,悬臂正向伸出,直至夹持件完成对重卡上的旧电池包夹持;S3、悬臂缩回,并反向伸出,此时,车架在换电站内移动至最后端,悬臂缩回,并将旧电池包放置在充电座上充电;S4、车架在换电站内移动至最前端,夹持件完成对换电站内的电池包夹持;悬臂正向伸出,直至夹持件移动至重卡的正上方。本发明的有益效果主要体现在:本发明无需对换电站进行调整,操作简单便捷,自动化程度高,实现全程自动化操作,极大地提高工作效率。
