The invention provides an anti-carsickness method and device of a vehicle, the vehicle and a storage medium, relates to the technical field of vehicles, and is used for effectively relieving the carsickness feeling of passengers. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring first acceleration data of a vehicle in a first preset time period; determining whether a passenger in the vehicle is in a carsickness state based on the first acceleration data; and when it is determined that the passenger in the vehicle is in the carsickness state, the current energy recovery level and/or the current torque change gradient of the vehicle are/is lowered based on the first acceleration data.
