According to the embodiment of the invention, the physical signs of one or more passengers in the vehicle can be actively monitored in real time, whether carsickness occurs or not is judged according to the monitored physical signs, and after the carsickness of one or more passengers is judged, a customized carsickness protection environment is provided for the carsickness passengers.
