The invention discloses an unmanned aerial vehicle mechanical arm for strain clamp detection and an automatic weight balancing method thereof.The unmanned aerial vehicle mechanical arm is connected with an unmanned aerial vehicle through a fixed chassis, a support body is installed above the fixed chassis, and a two-degree-of-freedom holder is installed at one end of the support body; an X-ray emitting device is installed on the two-degree-of-freedom holder, a controllable joint and an X-ray imaging device are installed at the other end of the support body, and the X-ray imaging device is connected with the support body through the controllable joint. The overhead mechanical arm has the advantages that the gravity center of the mechanical arm and the gravity center of the unmanned aerial vehicle are kept on the same vertical line through automatic weight balancing, gravity center disturbance to the unmanned aerial vehicle in the action process of the mechanical arm is relieved, and the anti-disturbance capacity of the whole equipment is improved; the risk that the mechanical arm is blown by wind to be hung on the cable during operation is reduced, and the safety and reliability of aerial strain clamp electrification detection of the unmanned aerial vehicle can be effectively improved.

    本发明公开了一种用于耐张线夹检测的无人机机械臂及其自动配重方法,本发明的无人机机械臂与无人机通过固定底盘连接,所述固定底盘上方安装有支架主体,所述支架主体的一端安装有二自由度云台,所述二自由度云台上安装有X射线发射装置,所述支架主体的另一端安装有可控关节和X射线成像装置,所述X射线成像装置与支架主体通过可控关节连接。本发明的优点在于,通过自动配重,确保机械臂重心与无人机重心保持在同一垂线上,减轻了机械臂动作过程中对无人机带来的重心扰动,提高整个设备的抗扰动能力,通过顶置式机械臂进行作业,减少了作业时机械臂被风吹挂载在电缆上的风险,可有效提升无人机进行高空耐张线夹带电检测的安全性和可靠性。
