The invention discloses a forklift anti-collision system and a control method thereof. The forklift anti-collision system comprises a data acquisition module, a monitoring module, a comparison analysis module, an influence condition analysis module and an early warning module. The data acquisition module is used for acquiring data information during obstacle detection of the ultrasonic radar, the data information comprises detection state information and running state information of the ultrasonic radar, and after acquisition, the detection state information and the running state information of the ultrasonic radar are transmitted to the monitoring module. The state of the ultrasonic radar during obstacle detection is monitored, the state of the ultrasonic radar during obstacle detection is known in real time, and when the accuracy of the ultrasonic radar during obstacle detection is highly affected, a driver is prompted to stop forklift operation, the ultrasonic radar is maintained, and the working efficiency of the forklift is improved. The ultrasonic radar is enabled to continue to operate in a high-accuracy detection state, so that surrounding obstacles are accurately detected through the ultrasonic radar, and collision accidents are avoided.

    本发明公开了一种叉车防碰撞系统及其控制方法,包括数据采集模块、监测模块、比对分析模块、影响情况分析模块以及预警模块;数据采集模块,采集超声波雷达障碍物检测时的数据信息,包括检测状态信息和自身运行状态信息,采集后,将检测状态信息和自身运行状态信息传递至监测模块。本发明通过对超声波雷达障碍物检测时的状态进行监测,实时了解超声波雷达障碍物检测时的状态,当超声波雷达进行障碍物检测时准确度受到的影响较高时,提示驾驶人员停止叉车作业,并对超声波雷达进行维护,使超声波雷达处于高准确度的检测状态下再继续运行,从而通过超声波雷达实现对周围的障碍物进行准确地检测,避免碰撞事故的发生。
