The invention provides a device and method for laying and recovering underwater experimental equipment with adjustable buoyancy, and the device comprises a lifting tool module, a lifting guide module, an experimental frame module, a lifting rope, and a load rejection counterweight module. When the experimental equipment is detected to land on the seabed, lifting equipment on the sea surface pulls a lifting beam module to translate towards the seabed at one side of the experimental frame; the hoisting guide module and the hoisting rope move to the seabed from the two sides of the experiment frame along with the hoisting cross beam module, and the laying process is completed; when the experimental device needs to be recycled, the hydraulic rod of the load rejection counterweight module drives the sliding block to move outwards to be far away from the counterweight block, the counterweight block and the anti-settling cylinder are separated from the experimental device, and load rejection is completed; hoisting equipment on the sea surface pulls the hoisting cross beam module to drive the hoisting rope and the guide cylinder to translate towards the top of the experimental device; when it is detected that the hoisting beam module tensions the hoisting rope, the hoisting equipment pulls the experimental device upwards to leave the seabed and gradually rise to the sea surface, and the recovery process is finished.

    本发明提供一种可调重浮力的水下实验设备布放回收装置及方法,包括吊具模块、吊装导向模块、实验框架模块、吊装绳、可抛载配重模块,当检测到实验装置在海底着陆后,海面上的吊装设备牵引吊装横梁模块向实验框架一侧的海底平动,吊装导向模块和吊装绳则随吊装横梁模块从实验框架的两侧运动到海底,布放过程完成;当需回收实验装置时,可抛载配重模块的液压杆带动滑块向外运动,远离配重块,配重块及防沉筒与实验装置分离,抛载完成;海面上的吊装设备牵引吊装横梁模块带动吊装绳及导向筒向实验装置顶部平动;当检测到吊装横梁模块将吊装绳拉紧后,吊装设备向上拉动实验装置离开海底并逐渐上升至海面,回收过程结束。
