The shape-preserving tool comprises a scaffold, a shape-preserving tool body shaped like a Chinese character'mi 'and an anti-inclination assembly; the shape-preserving tool shaped like the Chinese character'mi 'is of a main body structure composed of a plurality of shape-preserving pipe supports, the shape-preserving pipe supports are evenly welded to the outer circle of a center circular ring, and the adjacent shape-preserving pipe supports are connected through connecting pipe supports. A transverse notch is cut in the top end of the shape-preserving pipe support; an arc plate sheet is fixedly installed on a jig frame of the anti-inclination assembly, a lifting lug III and a lifting lug IV are arranged at the top end of the arc plate sheet, a lifting lug I and a lifting lug II are fixed to the ground, an anti-inclination support is arranged between the lifting lug I and the lifting lug III, a wind rope is arranged between the lifting lug II and the lifting lug IV, and a plumb line is hung on the lifting lug IV. According to the method, the construction precision and quality of each barrel section are ensured, deformation caused by subsequent external force of hoisting and mounting is effectively reduced, the construction quality and precision of the whole barrel are improved, the construction cost is reduced, and the production efficiency is improved.
