The invention relates to a lightweight flexible bionic foot system which comprises a bionic foot, a damping block is arranged at the bottom of the bionic foot, a plurality of polygonal through holes are formed in the damping block, and a pair of parallel surfaces of the polygonal through holes are parallel to the bottom surface of the bionic foot. According to the light-weight flexible bionic foot system, the damping block is arranged at the foot bottom of the bionic foot, so that an efficient damping device is additionally arranged at the foot bottom of the bionic robot, passive buffering under high impact is achieved, and meanwhile the self-adaptability of the terrain is considered.
